Woodwork

These past few years a small project has been at the back of my mind. A project that is inspired by my grandfather’s woodwork.

His shop was his haven. His place to get away from the world and focus on himself. His subtle attention to detail. How he used different woods – turning their faults into their most beautiful element. It inspires me. Today I very simply documented the work I own. Nothing overly complex. Just the pieces at face value.
