This summer I have discovered a novelty of the Canadian west. Chinese Westerns. Wait, what? Yes. That’s right. In many small towns there are established restaurants that serve both American dishes and Americanized Chinese dishes. It’s a curiousity but a must try curiousity for all those that are someone adventurous. When passing through Revelstoke on my way to Kamloops I had to document this little rarity.
